Use Easydo (formerly Easydoc) to list templates and contacts, inspect signing workflows, download signed documents and attachments, send a template for signing, remind recipients, or delete a sent form.
Once connected, supported Easydo actions can become steps in a reusable workflow alongside the other services your team uses. Run the workflow once, on a schedule, or when an event starts it.
What you can do with Easydo
- List template identifiers and names without retrieving public signing links.
- Download existing completed PDFs, document drafts and attachments; does not send, sign or regenerate a document.
- List or inspect sent forms, including recipient signing slugs. These reusable signing capabilities require separate approval.
- List account profiles and inspect contact/profile metadata, including private account-scoped information.
- Send recipient reminders; can consume SMS quotas and incur provider charges.
- Inspect template configuration and list signing-link metadata, including reusable public template-link UUIDs. Not an ordinary read default.
- Create and send a form from a template. Notifies recipients and can consume document-send or SMS quotas and incur provider charges.
